The Halibut  season runs from the beginning of April and extends through October, hitting its peak in mid-July. Halibut can be caught in waters from 50 feet deep to 1,000 and range from 10 lbs to 400 lbs in size!  Halibut is one of the most desired fish to catch in the state of Alaska and the Halibut Only trip will keep you focused on landing the Butt of your dreams. Let us find the fish...all you have to do is land it.

Salmon Only

$300+ and  tax/fees 

Typical Salmon season begins in mid-June and runs through mid-August, peaking in July.  Seward is best known for it's Silver Salmon run, but trolling for Kings  and fighting Reds  before they head up river are also options. It is not uncommon to have 3-5 fish on lines at any time during a run, so the Salmon Only trip always proves to be an exciting all day event!

Halibut or Ling Cod/ Salmon/Rockfish combo

$15 extra for Halibut + one species + tax pp
$25 extra for Haliut + multiple species + tax pp

If you want both rodbending experiences of Halibut AND Salmon then the combo trip is for you. Half of your trip will consist of bouncing off the bottom in Halibut holes, and then moving into the fast flowing channels where the Salmon run.  This trip also includes the opportunity to catch other abundant Alaskan fish such as Rockfish and Lingcod

Serious action and up to six Salmon a day come with this combo trip! While well known for the Seward Silver run, we can give you the opportunity to catch multiple species of Salmon throughout the summer coupled with bringing multiple species of Rockfish up from the depths.

Cancelation Policy
We rarely cancel trips, but do reserve the right to cancel a trip for any reason whatsoever, adverse/bad weather, mechanical failures, or any other reason that may concern passenger safety.  If WE cancel a trip we will refund payments which were made to Alaska Dream Charters.  Cancellations due to mechanical failures which occur during a trip will be prorated and the appropriate amount will be refunded.  All other expenditures associated with trips, including but not limited to meals, lodging, tours, and other associated expenditures are non-refundable.  This will be the limit of our responsibility.  Alaska Dream Charters will not be held responsible for any expenses incurred to you in preparing for your trip, including but not limited to non-refundable airline tickets, hotel reservations, car rentals, or any and all related trip expenditures.  For long range trips, we recommend that you purchase trip insurance. If YOU cancel your trip, in order to receive a FULL REFUND (less credit card processing fees), you must cancel your trip 30+days prior to your trip. If canceled within 30 days of your trip, you will be automatically eligible to book at a later date, however no refund will be given.
